• Welcome to Skate Martensville

UPDATE (January 23): Due to current public health restrictions and the uncertainty of COVID-19, our executive and coaches have made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of the season for all CanSkate and Adult Skate sessions. Families will be receiving an email with further information in regards to credits and refunds. Please refer to the latest news article for details.

Changes for the 2020-2021 Season

Skate Martensville wishes to thank you for your patience

Our club has been working hard to come up with solutions to accommodate our skaters and keep our club open for the season. Due to mandatory COVID-19 guidelines set by Skate Canada-Saskatchewan and the Government of Saskatchewan’s Re-Open plan, we will be restricted with the numbers and levels of skaters on the ice this year. We thank you for our patience and cooperation as we navigate these new changes.

ALL skaters, coaches, executive members, parents and spectators MUST fill out an online form before entering the rink. This is necessary for EACH PERSON entering the arena. Skate Martensville will have a check-in area in the lobby. Skaters are asked to fill in the online form provided to them in an email from the club. Guests/parents will be asked to scan a QR code at the rink and answer the questions in the online form.

The information collected is kept solely by Skate Martensville as a means for contact tracing, screening and monitoring requirements. Information will not be used or shared for any other purpose.

All skaters will receive a copy of Skate Martensville’s Return to Skate Guidelines by email. You can also view the document on our COVID-19 Response page. Please read this document prior to the start of the skating season so you and your skater know what to expect when returning to the rink this year.

We are accepting registrations for all skaters ages 5+. Please see our registration page for details.

Skate Martensville is happy to announce it will be offering a 17-week Adult Skate starting November 13. Adult skaters of all levels are invited to join us to learn new skating skills or refresh old ones. Sessions are 45 minutes and are lead by a Skate Canada certified coach. This is a great safe and welcoming environment for any adult skater who is looking for a fun, recreational activity.

This program is currently full. If you are interested in being put on the wait list, please fill out the online registration.
